Races of Kerebra: Voor WIP

Voor are tentacled creatures with numerous fibrous tentacles protruding from a large central eye. Extra-planar benevolent parasitic intruders who peacefully gain nourishment from Kerebras background psionic energy. They are aberrations by nature, but share none of their relatives animosity or madness.
Core theme: Outsiders. They don’t belong, yet they desperately want to be a part of Kerebra. They love what they can never have.

Racial Traits:
+2 Intelligence, +2 Dexterity, -2  Strength: Voor are agile and alert, but their physical bodies are weak compared to other races.
Aberration: Voor are aberrations.
Medium sized
Normal Speed
Darkvision: 60ft.

Alien Anatomy: As aberrations, voor anatomy is very different from other creatures, making it difficult to land blows to vulnerable body parts. All precision damage the voor takes is reduced by 50%.

Ambient Energy Absorption: Voor feed on the ambient energy of Kerebra, and thus do not need to eat or drink and are immune to penalties and effects related to hunger or thirst.

Countless Tentacles: Voor have a significant number of tentacles which they can use to assist them in manipulating objects and holding items. A voor is always considered to have a free hand available, even when wielding a two-handed weapon. A voor may hold a number of additional items and weapons in their tentacles at any one time equal to their constitution modifier (minimum 1 extra item) and still be considered as having a free hand available.
Unless they spefically state that they are using Two-Weapon Fighting or gain extra attacks from other sources, the voor may not make any extra attacks with these items or weapons beyond those granted by their BAB. The voor may choose any of the weapons or items it is wielding to make their attacks each round, and if they have multiple attacks  each round they may choose different held weapons for each attack. If the voor is holding more than one shield, they must choose which shield they are wielding for the purposes of shield bonus to AC at the start of their turn.

Strangers In A Strange Land: Voor are alien and unsettling, their culture is strange and unfamiliar and their minds work in alien ways that are difficult to comprehend. All voor take a -2 penalty to all Charisma based checks and social interactions (except Intimidate checks) when dealing with non-voor creatures.

Naturally Psionic: Voor gain the Wild Talent feat as a bonus feat at 1st level. If a voor takes levels in a psionic class, they instead gain the Psionic Talent feat.

Psionic Aptitude: When a voor takes a level in a favored class, they can choose to gain an additional power point instead of a hit point or skill point.

Languages: Voor begin play speaking common and voor. A voor with high Intelligence may choose a number of additional languages from the ones availabel in Kerebra.
